Round2 Lab is a leading European program for young companies in their scale-up phase bringing together high calibre coaches with exceptional tech companies. While the full program is postponed to 2020 due to Corona restrictions we present a series of digital talks that focus on different aspects of scaling-up.
In our upcoming edition Jan Hillered discusses with Adam Yearsly how companies are succeeding by developing a solid base that allows them adapt to crisis. Red Bull’s Global Talent Management Head explains how this starts with CEO/founder and can be used to create an environment allowing people to pivot – regardless if its a ten or 100 person organization.
Adam Yearsly leads Red Bull’s Global Talent Management function, responsible for how Red Bull attracts, selects, develops and retains people while supporting an environment where they can pursue their potential. His team and him are driven to develop better ways of working with people in companies. Essentially, they are taking scientific and evidence based approach to redesign HR practice, reinforce our culture and drive performance.
