Adam Yearsly leads Red Bull’s Global Talent Management function, responsible for how Red Bull attracts, selects, develops and retains people while supporting an environment where they can pursue their potential. His team and him are driven to develop better ways of working with people in companies. Essentially, they are taking scientific and evidence based approach to redesign HR practice, reinforce our culture and drive performance.
Jan Hillered is a Founder and Managing Partner at Round2. Jan and Christian started Round2 in 2015 with the vision of introducing revenue-based financing as the best alternative for European technology scale-up companies looking for growth capital. Prior Jan managed the Europe and CIS business for Western Union. Jan gained extensive experience from corporate lending while working as general manager or at board level in international corporate banking.
