  • GoodVision transforms existing CCTV and IP cameras into real-time traffic sensors without requiring replacing existing cameras.
  • The non-dilutive financing will accelerate international expansion, with a particular focus on the US market and commercial scaling.

Vienna/London/Prague, August 2026

Round2 Capital has provided a 7-figure revenue-based investment to GoodVision. The AI Traffic Intelligence company turns existing roadside cameras into real-time, machine-readable traffic sensors. With more than 100 enterprise customers in over 50 countries, GoodVision is redefining how road authorities, highway operators, cities and traffic consultancies understand and manage their road networks.

GoodVision has developed a proprietary AI platform that transforms existing roadside cameras into intelligent traffic sensors, delivering real-time traffic intelligence at scale. The platform is camera-agnostic and runs on the CCTV and IP camera infrastructure operators already own, either on a compact edge unit or directly inside supported AI cameras. The platform consists of two complementary products. GoodVision Live Traffic (GVLT) delivers continuous real-time traffic analytics, incident detection, and adaptive traffic management. GoodVision Video Insights (GVVI) provides on-demand traffic counting, origin-destination studies and road safety analytics.

GoodVision is trusted by a broad base of highway and tollway operators, city and national road agencies, and leading traffic consultancies, including industry leaders such as Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Ellaktor, SACYR, Jacobs, AECOM, WSP and SWECO. Strategic and channel partnerships with major technology and engineering groups such as Axis, Thales, ST Engineering and Aimsun support a scalable partner-led go-to-market strategy across Europe, APAC, LATAM, North America and the Middle East. The company has delivered strong growth over the last years and operates cash-flow positively.

The traffic management sector faces a structural challenge: urbanization and congestion continue to rise – the UN projects 68% of the world’s population will live in cities by 2050, and congestion already costs mature economies an estimated 2โ€“4% of GDP annually – while agencies cannot scale manual video review. At the same time, Vision Zero road-safety mandates across the EU, US and Singapore are creating binding procurement requirements for incident detection, violation monitoring and safety analytics. GoodVision addresses both trends directly, giving operators a major increase in network coverage using infrastructure that is already on the ground.

Daniel ล tofan, Founder & CEO, GoodVision, commented:

โ€œWe are excited to partner with Round2, whose revenue-based approach is a perfect fit for our recurring, high-margin business. The non-dilutive structure enables us to preserve shareholder ownership while accelerating international expansion, especially in the US, and convert our strong contracted pipeline into live deployments. Round2’s pan-European expertise and network make them an ideal partner for our next stage.โ€

With Round2 Capital on board, GoodVision plans to expand its commercial organisation, diversify its customer base, and accelerate deployments across priority markets.

Gerd Sumah, Managing Partner, Round2 Capital, added:

โ€œGoodVision has built a genuinely differentiated, software-only AI platform with outstanding relationships to customers and partners. The company combines strong investor backing, recurring revenues, and a capital-efficient business model that scales without proprietary hardware. With AI adoption in public-sector traffic operations accelerating and strong regulatory tailwinds behind road safety, we are convinced the company is well positioned to grow faster than the underlying ITS market. We are delighted to support Daniel and the entire GoodVision team on their journey.โ€
