Round2 Capital Partners (EuVECA) GmbH & Co KG announces the signing of an investment agreement with Vainu. io Software Oy, Helsinki, Finland. Round2 Capital Partners will provide financing to Vainu in the form of a EUR 2,000,000 revenue-based loan, an attractive investment alternative that avoids dilution of existing shareholders. This is the fund’s first investment in the Finnish market. Vainu will mainly use funds for geographic expansion and to accelerate sales growth in the markets where it is already established.
